Common Core needs to be defeated in Kansas. It will take all of us to defeat common core implementation in Kansas. I plead with you to take action before Wednesday, February 19, to help with this monumental task. Let’s all join together for a huge rally that day at the Capitol to support the families, children and teachers who want out from under common core standards in our Kansas schools. This week many more states are also voting to rid their states of common core federally imposed state standards. Let us join those states who want to take back our sovereign right to educate children as each state deems appropriate.
